All of our products are shipped from our UK warehouse direct, meaning we are able to provide fast delivery.

Should you have a problem with an item, please email our customer service team at hello@weeklydeals4less.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes to the order if it has already been processed.

However, you are welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund if you advise us within 7 days of purchase.

We’re committed to selling high-quality products, but we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

Unwanted Purchases
Please let us know your intent to return an unwanted order within 7 days from the purchase date.

Returned items must be original and unused, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.

Only a full refund of the product cost will be processed.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Faulty products
You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault. You will be responsible for the return, as all items are returned to base warranty.

Please note that you must inform us of the issue within 30 days of purchase.
If the item is electrical and develops an electrical fault after 30 days, please email hello@weeklydeals4less.com so we can assist you further.

Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order, please accept our apologies and contact us via email.

We can then arrange for the item to be returned in its original condition. Upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.

All returns, faulty & damaged products require an RMA number with your name & address in the package.
