All payments are managed externally using either SagePay or PayPal both have great reputations for security and protecting user information.

We ship orders each working day, and all of our orders are packed and dispatched from our Manchester warehouse.
All orders are sent on a 2-5 day service.
You can Upgrade to Express delivery, these items are sent on a 1-2 day service.

Should you have a problem with one of your items, please email our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes to the order if it has already been processed.
However, you are welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund if you advise us within 7 days of purchase.

We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
You must notify us of your intent to return an unwanted order within 7 days from the purchase date.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.
A full refund of the product cost only will be processed.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault and you will be responsible for the return as all items are return to base warranty.
Please note, you must inform us of the issue within 30 days of purchase.
If the item is electrical and develops an electrical fault after 30 days, please send an email to email@example.com so we can assist further.
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order, please accept our apologies and contact us either via email or our live chat service.
We can then arrange a return of the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.
Please kindly email us so we can either arrange a courier to collect or send over a pre-paid Royal Mail return label.
All returns, faulty & damaged products require an RMA number with your name & address in the package.
